Our Drive-Up Window is located on the east side of the building. You may return materials 24/7 into the Drive-up return slots (past the Window)
Use our Drive-up Window to:
- Pick up a hold: when logged into your account and placing a hold, you may set the pickup library as Cary Area Public Library or Cary Area Public Library Drive-up window
- Drop off overdue materials and pay the fine
- Return Theme Kits and Book Club bags
Please note:
- Items that are not returnable at the Window are STEM Kits and Hot Spots
- We are not able to answer reference questions, add new library cards, or do program registration at the Window. Please visit our Service Center for help with these services
